Such thick accents especially get deep rooted by your teens and certainly 20s. The whole muscle structure in the mouth and tongue is set by that point and you'd have to really work at trying to change your then natural accent. So it's best also to learn new languages in childhood, and the older you try to learn a foreign language the less you'll be able to perfect a suitable accent.

It was the right decision for him to play the terminator. He is the terminator and always will be no one else should play him. I know it's cliche to say that there should of never been more than two made. But I agree with this the second for me personally is the best one. I have seen it god knows how many times. It was ground breaking with VFX used only when necessary and is visually amazing along with practical effects along with Stab Winstons work. And the story telling and emotion in T2 is just fantastic and Linda Hamilton did a heck of a performance I love how different you she is from the first one she went full on.

Damn, Cameron nailed the timeline for AI pretty damn well. We we won't have cybernetic organisms in four years, but we'll have robots capable of a lot of things, including autonomous battlefield deployment. The wars in Ukraine and the Middle East have shown what modern militaries are capable of with legions of drones, highly specific strikes, almost impenetrable missile domes, facial recognition in Gaza, Lebanon and Syria, tracking all manner of electronic devices etc.

Did you notice that Arnold referenced “Westworld” in this interview? Terminator was never an original idea. James Cameron always tried to pretend that the idea for the movie came to him in a dream. Rubbish!
@PistolPixel2 ай бұрын
Both films contain 'robots', sure - but the stories are totally different.
@ravecrab2 ай бұрын
Firstly, Cameron never claimed the entire plot came to him in a dream. He had a raging fever and hallucinated an image of a metallic skeleton rising from a fire. That's the image that sparked the story of the Terminator. Secondly, if you think The Terminator is "never an original idea" because Westworld also had robots that looked like humans, you have a spectacularly poor understanding of science fiction, I'm afraid.
@brocq182 ай бұрын
@@ravecrabCameron admitted in interview he copied it. He lost court case
@ravecrab2 ай бұрын
@@brocq18 No he didn't and no it didn't. It never went to court and Cameron was very bitter that the studio decided to settle with the notoriously litigious Harlan Ellison over the resemblance to a Twilight Zone episode called "Soldier" about two soldiers on a future battlefield who travel back in time. The episode has nothing to do with robots or killing someone before they were born. And none of this has anything to do with Westworld anyway.
