He will most probably lose to every superhero out there. The thing is, there is no such thing as an unprepared Batman.

Additionally when people say 'Prep Time' they never seem to know what that means. Sure, prep-time vs Superman means use of kryptonite. But what's prep time against Spider-Man? If you cannot logically come up with a believable way for Batman (as a writer - since they created all these feats), then Batman cannot make those preparations How to you find out about Spider-sense? How do you then figure out how to stop it? For someone with the combination of speed & strength as Spider-Man, the only chance Batman has is to stop/trap him before Spider-Man's aware of the fight. Once Spidey's aware of the threat, even some superhumans aren't going to be able to move/react quick enough to avoid him. And it's an Instant KO. It is not close.

Fortunately for them, things like Kryptonite are just within the range of believability, seeing as how it's worked on him before. The main principle here though, is a lot of DC heroes have one very potent, known, and accessible weakness that helps even the odds. But Spider-Man's got an assortment of separate advantages that work together - remove one advantage, the others will still wipe you out

Thing is, There are a lot of ways to remove Spidey sense from the Equation, it is very close, Batman Has defeated stronger people, he has better Feats, I’m tired of people saying The Fight is not close Purely based off of Spider-Man’s Strength and Speed, These Play a Factor, but there are other factors at play here, Batman Much Smarter than Spider-Man and it’s not even remotely close, He’s more skilled, he better at using resources at his disposal, If Strength And The “Spider Sense” and “he holds back” is the only argument you have, then Batman is going to use those things to his advantage.

To all the batman fans: context is ALWAYS good for your feats! When Batman stabbed Reverse Flash's foot..this still did no damage to the reverse flash, and Reverse Flash was standing still. Reverse Flash still packed Batman up and killed him. And Batman has quoted multiple timss that Superman can easily blitz him but Superman doesn't want to. Plus, the plot protects Batman as well.

Even with prep time, Spider-Man has the perfect counter to that: his wit. Peter has on multiple occasions thought on his feet and overcome enemies or machines specifically designed and prepared to beat him and negate his abilities (great example being spiderslayers or Kraven and technically Venom.) Whatever mech suit Bruce puts on, Peter's going to find a way to rip it off of him. Also you just can't prep for spider sense. Spider-Man is the rock and Batman is the scissors (and Superman I guess is the paper :P)

Wolverine has that whole "I am an immortal ronin descending through time acquiring the martial powers of every culture I pass through" thing but despite that and basically being peak human + indestructible for most intenys and purposes there have been several matchups where its basically impossible for him to lay a finger on Spidey. Spidey is just that strong and fast. Superstrength + low body mass + reaction time under zero seconds makes it basically impossible for a physically normal human to punch spiderman, no matter how good at punching they are. Actually it does even knocked out his body dodges out of the way meaning it is full precognition. It also auto corrects his aim mid swing when he's not looking where he's shooting his webs. Again that is full precognition and adaptive reaction. It even alerts him when he's being watched by cameras or motion sensors. Honestly if Spidey were to train some more he would be the stealthiest most dangerous assassin in the world.

That is simply not true he has fought blindfolded against people who use illusions and hallucinations, completely relaying on his spider sense. He does not see the attack. I might’ve been off about the spider-sense needing sight as well, but I know the spider-sense can be tricked because I’ve seen members of his rogues gallery trick the spider-sense in the past. If Batman was able to observe a fight between venom and spidey, then he could probably take a sample of the symbiote or scan it or something to that effect and figure out how to trick the spidey-sense into not going off. And it’s definitely something he would do because Batman never goes into a fight unprepared if he can help it

Listen, I agree with the outcome that Spider-Man does speedblizt and one shot but you rlly downplayed both characters Lowkey. The Quakemaster feat isn't "high building level" it's actually much higher than that, the earthquake Quakemaster was causing was easily at the magnitude 8 range which would be City level. Spider-Man is also far higher than Town, regular Streets can reach City-Mountain level of AP. Also that Doc Ock durability feat was Calced at Large Island btw.

I’m pretty sure Spider-Man is one of the smartest humans in the Marvel universe. He literally has a higher IQ then Einstein and the person with the real highest IQ. He also has super strength, experience with fighting well seasoned martial arts experts like Taskmaster, and if we’re going by the PS4 universe he has gadgets that could easily rival Batman’s. Spider-Man would without a doubt beat Batman.

Batman doesn’t need prep time, his prep time is during the fight. If you’ve played Arkham Knight you know he’s able to find out weaknesses and strengths with seconds, he will know very quickly that Spider-Man has a sense that is able to predict moves before they happen, knowing Batman he probably has something that can set off false brain signals or he can throw something to distract Spideys brain, and land a fatal punch right where the nerve points are.

Batfleck figured out how to beat the most powerful being on Earth, Superman. Batfleck can let many traps and bring the fight down to his level and even lower, he's not afraid to use his resources to mess someone up. He can do the same to spiderman. Batfleck can analyze spidermans weaknesses and strengths from afar to come up with counters to every ability spiderman has. Now, if spiderman also gets prep time, he'll also be able to crush Batman without much effort, however, this is Batman. Batman is known to take down beings above him, even without prep time. Batman has tons of gadgets, skills, equipment, resources to pull from to defeat many different types of foes. So, what are Spiderman's weaknesses? He can get tricked and trapped, that's all Batman really needs to take him down. Spiderman could just punch Batman a few times, Batman is done. I think this match would be closer than people think, but I think Batman would come out on top, he's more brutal and efficient than spiderman, and yes, Batman is smarter.

He did all the calculations with examples, turns out that batman's IQ is actually around 320, IDK if it's stated in the comics anywhere, but the guy did the calculations, he calculated everything. I was trying to get the link, but I don't think quora allows copying posts. I would 320 is much more accurate than a mere 190. Batman is a human fighting against superhumans and gods, literally. Most of these godlike beings either have 1 main power or a very potent weakness. Each tool he has is tailored to the threat, and there may be little to no carryover between them. Spider-Man is not the best in any one area (except reaction time), but is very high in all of them. There's little you can do to defend or prepare for that. It would be one of the hardest fights of his life, and that's if Spidey ISN'T trying to kill. Fortunately they'd probably get along well enough and see that they're both on the same side fairly quickly.

Frankly Batman would be dead if this was Assassin spiderman where he actually went and trained to the point that even if wolverine thought about fighting spiderman he would sense it and what moves he would use. Black widow said fighting a trained Spidey was the difference in skill and power of a toddler fighting a grown man. Batman would notice just how strong spidey is and just how much he’s holding back, Batman probably wouldn’t engage in a 1v1, he’d try to keep him at a distance, throw batterangs, explosives etc, which ofc Spider-Man would dodge, Batman would then attempt to lure him into the dark, which wouldn’t work due to the spider sense. Batman would realize he’s no match for Spider-Man, and likely attempt to retreat. This is assuming Batman even sees Spider-Man as a threat, which seems unlikely.

You just wanted to make an easy video on a topic which is only discuted by ignorant and the only smart poeple that can debate are either ignored or just don't care about it but we know that atleast you're not one of them . 1: Spiderman isn't light speed, he can't run or swing at light speed, he can howemer dodge light speed attack and projectile which is something Batman did with concistency in multiples stories, writen by multiple writers, in multiple continuity and even in current comics same for Nightwing, he can also dodge bullet and attack that are multiples times faster than light such as Superman lasers . 2: Spiderman being stronger don't matter, even tho Batman is not stronger because it's concistent that he is getting old and weaker (by being around 45y old) he have feat that make him strong enough to free himself from spiderman webs if he get caught into it, and he have no problem fighting enemies that are stronger than him and Spiderman such as grundy and in his physical prime have feat that make him relative to Spiderman. 3: The Spider-Sense argument suck, this is shown in comics that Batman also got a natural danger sense and a super sense of smell and the cowl give him super hearing, XRay visiopn and the abillity to scan Poeple DNA by sight which would make him figure out Spiderman weaknesses. 4: Batman got way better Ap and Striking feats in both Prime state and current state, he beat Aquaman 2 times whith only thing but hands, the same Aquaman that fear Batman so much, that he have a contingency plan against him, he beat young Barry Allen, past MM and WW, even tho they were trying to stop him, a holding back JL is still a million time stronger than Spiderman, he got magnetic bomb which he can use to trap spidey due to the mettalic web shooter he wear, His shock gaunlet which hurted Apex Lex and send Superman flying so hard into the floor that it freed him from The Spectre mind control, He also can go toe to toe with mfs that can go relative to WW and Superman such as Grundy and ClayFace and is stronger than nightwing who defeated Magog on a 3V1 against him . Thats what Ive said for years. Spider Mans senses can be fooled and he does intend to drop his guard in fights. The Kingpin who despite his size and strength shouldnt have been able to catch Spider Man as much as he has. He has caught up with Spider Man and beat him all over the room by tossing him around. The Hobgoblin who is also just human managed to make Spider Man struggle many times. Despite his senses and agility its been proven many people of lesser skill and smarts then Batman managed to almost kill Spider Man many times. While I do agree his senses would be tricky to work around its not impossible for Batman to figure it out. And what makes Batman deadly is he dosnt just use head to head fighting. He brings 127 fighting styles he mastered and knows every pressure point of the body. He had high tech gadgets that in some cases can effect and hurt Spider Man badly such as ultra sonics and knock out gasses and many other things. Batman uses these on Spider Man it will hurt him badly. And we cant forget how Batman has many armored suits that can take hits from foes 100 times the power level of Spider Man. A half powered Superman is still way beyond Spider Man and his foes and Batmans armored suits withstood many hits from Superman. If his suits can take hits from powerful foes like Superman what good is Spider Man going to do against it? Now Ill admit this. If its a game of power and speed Spider Man takes the win. But if its a martial arts match or hit and move Batman takes this.

With all these superhero fights one has to keep perspective that the writers, on both sides, take freedoms that are incredibly unreasonable even for comic books. The reality is these characters wouldn't fight at all. There's no reason too. They both have a morality that is synonymous. Just for sake of the argument Batman could take down Spider-Man. Why? Spider-Man holds back. That's why. That's it. It's no different in how Batman can take down Superman. Supes is a boy scout that holds back. That's how Batman can beat him - and does. Now this is the regular Spider-Man. Any other version of Spider-Man would top Bats. However, I don't think they would fight each other.

Excuse me for taking a page from Death Battle's book, but they are right when comparing Batman to Green Goblin in terms of arsenal and strategic plans. Green Goblin has cooked up insane plans to strike Peter at his weak spots and take him down before he even realizes, even taking his Spider-Sense away that one time, and yet Peter still beats him every single time, with varying difficulty. And if we want to give Batman prep time, we should give Spider-Man prep time as well. People forget that Peter Parker is a genius level intellect with an IQ that impressed even the likes of Tony Stark and Reed Richards. Sure, Peter may not have Bruce Wayne's money and resources (well okay he did at one point), but that doesn't mean he can't have contingencies. Also, Peter's a master at improvising on the spot. A dead-tired and beaten up Peter was able to cook up an improv plan on the spot to take down Morlun. MORLUN. The guy who literally killed him once. Yet Peter, despite not being at 100%, was still able to come up with a trap on the spot and take him down. You can give Batman all the prep time you want, unless you're giving him the Hell-Bat Armor or that white and gold God Armor from the current Justice League comic series, Peter will be able to win in the long-run.

Spider-man would loose if his fight against Batman took place in Gotham City. Batman's arsenal within Gotham is just too much for Spider-man alone to handle. Batman has a lot more than just a utility belt and a fast car. People keep mentioning that he would need prep time when they forget that he's already prepared for any situation. If Batman can't match someone physically he pretty much always has a plan intact to even the playing field. Remember it's not Spider-man vs Bruce Wayne, it's Spider-man vs Batman. His entire arsenal is what makes up of Batman. It's like saying Spider-man could easily defeat Ironman only because he only has human abilities. Again that's only true if it were Spider-man vs Tony Stark but as Ironman it's a whole nother story. The same would apply to Batman who also has mechanical suits as well.
