Their some context with that Carnage fight since I think it's implied Kindred put a bug in Norman brain who was being controlled by Carnage at the time to not murder Spider-Man which help Spider-Man win. I think it's more consistent to say Carnage is stronger and would beat Spider-Man more times then not. Carnage aka Cletus has consistently took on both Spider-Man and Venom at the same time and even took a hit from Spider-Man who said he put everything he had in his punch and Carnage called said punch pathetic and we see Spider-Man literally taken aback by Carnage. Carnage has also ran kain parker the Scarlet Spider, and agent Venom fade. This is mainly impressive since flash is a better host then mac gargan and scarlet spider has a confirmed statement by superior Spider-Man or being stronger than him. This is impressive since Superior Spider-Man is extremely arrogant in his abilities but still admits to kain being stronger but yet Carnage still ran both their fade at the same time. The symbiote scaling also definitely ranges mainly because the quality of the host can make Venom or Carnage weaker or stronger. Example mac gargan was a much inferior host to Eddie and Flash as Gargan venom has consistently been shown to be more equal if not a little weaker then Spider-Man to the point peter still refers to gargan as still a loser even with the venom amp and once said gargan is not even the good venom. This shows even peter still doesn't see mac as that big of a threat compared to Eddie. Eddie on the other hand has been more consistently shown to be stronger to Spider-Man. Like the gap between Spider-Man and Venom was shown more prominently when Eddie dragged peter to a island with no distractions and peter upright admits he can't outfight Eddie. Even against a serious Spider-Man Eddie believes he can still beat peter ass. Like Carnage and Eddie brock has only been getting stronger over time and from my viewpoint even more then Spider-Man. Their was always a gap between the three of them but said gap between the symbiotes and Spider-Man has only gotten larger over time. At least in my opinion I don't think Spider-Man fully scales to the current busted symbiote characters. Like current Eddie brock is ridiculous with his king in black powers. With Spider-Man his feats fluctuate to being all over the place where you have to argue the consistency on where to place him. I think muti city block level to island level is the safest ranges for Spider-Man but with Eddie brock currently I think it's more consistent that he might straight up be beyond mutiversal levels of power thanks to being the king in black. I'm hesitant to say Eddie is fully their yet since he's currently still trying to underestand his powers but to speak on Eddie potential another version of him a another king in black named meridus is on all father thor level and was swapping blast with thor. I'm not sure where to put Eddie currently but with the recent reveal Eddie will be fighting doctor doom it's safe to say at least from my scaling Eddie should demolish Spider-Man. That goes for Carnage too who has gotten several amps in his own series to the point he's being called a threat to the mutiverse. This just my scaling though as I said I don't necessarily have a problem with people scaling comic Spider-Man higher then me but I personally just think it's more safe to talk about what's more consistent and the context. Do we take Spider-Man punching over mutiversal level characters as a feat or say it was a writing inconsistencies. I'm more inclined to believe it's an inconsistency but once again you can scale higher base one interpretation and how much weight put in those feats. Personally, I don't think Spider-Man scales to thor or hulk or the other hearld tier characters and its usually a fluke when I see it. Like it will take a couple writers and the editors together coming together to upright say to me Spider-Man scales for me to accept. Anyway good video and do agree Spider-Man should beat a no preptime batman. Like regardless rather its the island level Spider-Man scaling like me or forest scaling of mutiversal Spider-Man and beyond batman should take the L

I don’t even think Batman is town or city level. I think those ranges for peak humans is ridiculous and outliers not to mention very heavily contextual and most importantly, HEAVILY reliant on calcs. Like, Ive seen the calcs for Captain America taking Gambit’s explosion ranging from Multi City block to town all the way up to city level. Those aren’t just small differences or gaps mind you, it’s like thousands to millions of times difference in potency and same goes for Batman. At least with spidey the comic straight up tells you he’s taking an attack that’s gonna blow up the city similar to 2099 vs Judas Traveler or Doc Ock tanking an attack that will bust an island or Carnage taking an explosion that was gonna flash fry every non mutant on the planet. Spider-Man’s feats come with a lot less room for speculation and are more blatant. When Batman does team busting feats, either the characters he’s fighting are weaker than usual, caught off guard, holding back, or just have easily exploitable weaknesses. Most of the time is all of the above. When Spider-Man team busts, there’s no prep time, no fake clones or simulations. Spider-Man just does it raw. It’s a lot more impressive for Spider-Man to take out Pheonix Force empowered individuals, or Angrir Thing or Hulk than it is for Bruce to take down superman with red sun radiation or Kryptonite, or take out green lantern with the color yellow. Batman may rely on prep time, but Peter does his shit without aid which I find to be far more impressive.

Despite Spider-Man being my favorite character in comics,I think that Batman is easily the more disciplined and focused of the two characters. Spider-Man has his powers,but I'm not totally sure how much of an edge that gives him over Batman's seemingly inhuman ability to meticulously plan. There is one exception. One that may give Spider-Man the edge: his spider-sense. I would say that Batman would almost definitely win,if not for that one factor. That makes it more difficult to call...

1. Flash, he has plans to take out flash. And that plan is tailored to manipulate him on a mental level. Distracting him with civilians and hit him a speed stealing bullet when he's not looking. 2. Not all of his plans work, he still gets overwhelmed and outsmarted by the same "gods" he takes on. 3. Dont use a superman/kryptonite fight as a win on batman as superman in a converstation once said he lets Batman win because he knows it would mean a lot to him if he did. Even batman has said "If decides he wants to, there would be nothing on earth that could stop him from killing you" in the batman who laughs arc. Even Batman believes he cant stop superman. 4. Spider-man has superior senses and a precognitive ability, to the point he can tell exactly what an oppent is going to do before it is done. Batman's plans mid fight woukd fall apart because Spider-man would see right through it. He has never faced someone with his level of situational awareness. Even flash isnt that aware, tho it is obvious he's not since he can be surpised by a bullet when he's not looking. Still angers me that it is consitent that flash is faster than instantaneous teleportation and faster than even the cincept of speed itself, yet can be surprised by a bullet that is magnitudes slower than him.
