He probably made that up on the spot. Beskar wasn’t introduced to the D-canon prior to the Mandalorian and that’s never explained in the series. Although, in Legends, when Boba Fett returned it was described that Mandalorian Iron (What Beskar was based off of) did protect him from the Sarlacc’s acids.

What I never understood about that story is how the monks consider having their own brain placed inside a robot the ultimate honour and way to meditate about the cosmos and yet keep that procedure as some sort of punishment for Bib Fortuna....Is it the ultimate way to meditate or is it a punishment...it can't really be both to the eyes of the member of that cult, why would they impose the most honorific ritual on someone they want to punish? That story only makes sense from an outsider's point of view and I don't see how an outsider would have been able to force monk into using their most sacred ritual as a way to punish someone.

Great video. I agree that Bib Fortuna sent bounty hunters after Boba once he found out he survived the Sarlacc Pit. Makes sense. But what I grappled with since e1 of s2 is why Boba remained on Tatooine this entire time (especially that other bounty hunters were , as you speculated, after him.) Also, I never understood why he couldn't get his armor from Cobb Vanth and instead waited for a formidable Mandalorian hunter (Din Djarrin) and then tracked him half way across the Galaxy to face off with him. That just didn't make a lot of sense to me. Cobb Vanth is definitely much weaker and easier to beat than Mando 🤷🏻‍♂️ ((unless of course Boba likes to play the game on Hard Mode)) 😅. Only explanation I have, which was my first reaction to Boba's reveal in e1s2, is that Boba remained on Tatooine to search for his armor. He was certain it remained on the planet. Mando arriving and killing the Krayt Dragon alerted him to the location of the armor ((since the krayt dragon ate the Sarlacc as we were lead to believe in that episode)). I suppose Boba stayed on Tatooine because he was trying to figure out a way to retrieve the armor from the Sarlaac's guts which were now inside the Krayt Dragon's guts. 🤣

The palace was originally from the monks and Bib Fortuna allready plottet with them against Jaba befor e even Jabas demise. He even went as far as becoming part of the Monk order becomming the higest part of the order. He actually was planing on killing Jaba on the Barge but since the hole thing in the movies happened he left. The Monks betrayed him doing those rituals....oh akd also changing the entry codes. The male Twi'Lek you were mentioning was actually also a renouned scoundrell and Bib Fortuna slipped under the radar by actually faking the death of himself and this Scoundrell. He exchanged his brain with the one of the male Twi'Lek to have a body again and reconquered the Palace from the Monks afterwards. If I am not mistaken. Yes he might also be a bit of a coward but more importantly he was actually a sceemer and a brilliant one at that. If it is like in legends it could be that the years of not having a body and having reclaimed one again but from another person might have done something to his psyche wich lead him to mass consumption and fattening.

Maybe that is what the creators want to do. Perhaps they want to expand the child characters as a means to promote toy sales. Think about it, Grogu and Rotta are perpetual child characters that can be written as recurring characters in different projects across the franchise timeline. Story wise, Boba can pose as a regent for Grota as he tries keep the integrity of his late employer's domain as Jabba's twin cousins come to snatch up what's left. They can feature the two kids playing together as the reoccurring comic relief.
