From another perspective, the memory gets sealed into their long-term memory. Your memory can get stuck, and then you get stuck. As a person, traumatic experiences keep you in the past.✌✌✌✌

Yeah, it's really tough when we can't seem to work through some of these traumatic memories. I'm trying to get out of ruminating about the past! 🙌
