I would have loved to see a bit more from him in WWE, especially after the beautiful rumble moment. However, he’s going to have so many great matches in AEW with so many great guys. Excited to see him back!

I can definitely see where Christian is coming from. He wants to work with younger talent and AEW is the perfect place for that. There's a lot more dream matches for him in AEW than WWE like Omega, Moxley, Darby, etc.

Christian both inside the ring and out is truly a hard worker that really outworks everyone else. On top of that, he’s selfless. It’s sad the amount of people don’t know how many sacrifices he made in WWF/WWE versus how many rewards he received. Christian was definitely a brilliant sign strategy for AEW. To sign WWE Legends with experience under their belts who’re a walking gold mine of knowledge/understanding is just pure brilliance. What’s crazy is the more underestimated, underrated, and under appreciated superstars who’re low key the greatest missed opportunities; not the big names seen on the advertisement for main events.

When it was Christian who came out at Revolution, I'll admit, I was underwhelmed. I thought it was hyped up a little too much. But that's what great about seeking out these types of interviews (it was especially easy because I already subscribe here!) and learning more from the person. After this little taste of the interview I can't wait for the rest of it and I can't wait to see what Christian brings to AEW.

Christian could work with a carton of milk and make it work. Darby Allan, Sammy G, Ricky Starks, Scorpio Sky. Christopher Daniels, MjF. But I wouldnt lie when he came out. Kenny Omega, Young Bucks, Cody or Sting pop in my head.

This takes me back to when Christian jumped to TNA in 2005. As much as I wish he stayed a bit longer in WWE and had a tag title run with Edge, he would always be in Edge's shadow and never be used to his full potential. Personally, I always felt he was as good if not better than Edge and could have a great match with pretty much everyone. I hope he has a great run in AEW like he did in TNA and it's nice to hear the name Christian Cage again!

Christian didn't meet Omega because Kenny was so pissed off about the explosion botch he just stormed out the building
@liamhemstock22863 жыл бұрын
I don’t blame him. The only other person I could see being even more mad and having a good reason for it is Eddie Kingston. He couldn’t see the explosion sorry “explosion” so he sold as if he got killed when in fact all that happened was it got a bit foggy. It made him look stupid. Also the kayfabe blame went on Omega making him look even more stupid. The concept was brilliant of the explosion and how Eddie would save Moxley and turn face but AEW completely messed it up.
