@@narvul It goes by the total number of stars you have across all your current restaurants. You lose them if the restaurant closes though, so it's not an award for being a good chef like people think, it's more like a competitive ranking system for entrepreneur chefs.

After Gordon revisited, they abandoned Gordon's new menu and returned to their previous menu. There were rumours that the owners had been writing a number of reviews themselves. Casa Roma was renamed to The AV Roadhouse Restaurant Bar & Grill, offering a slim lined menu It appears that Casa Roma was briefly renamed to CR Roadhouse mid 2015 and that all of the staff to work here after a local restaurant Nico's closed. They also changed the menu again. Yelp reviews are mostly negative on both AV and CR Roadhouse. The restaurant once again became Casa Roma, and Casa Roma closed for good in July 2017. The biggest surprise is Q from Sebastian's was the Head Chef! Nylah had recognised him from the Sebastian's episode and hired him to work for her.

Honestly, doesn't really come as a surprise. People don't make a 180 in their whole personality and work ethic over a week and much less so overnight. More so with this format where they are given everything without really earning it through working and engraving new habbits and behavior into them. Let's be real, this show's #1 priority is not to help people long term. It's for entertainment and it does that really damn well. Honestly after watching so many episodes, I've gotten very anxious to eat out. I'm not from the USA, but being served lazy microwaved dogshit or literally rotten or undercooked food is not exactly USA-exclusive. This shit can AND will happen everywhere in the world.

@@Tenseiken_I worked in a „fancy“ Italian restaurant once and let me tell you: everything is a lie. None of the food is fresh and homemade as they tell their customers. They reuse food and sauces that customers didn’t finish on their plate. The prices are extremely high for something that is worth much much less. I’m glad I don’t work there anymore, and honestly, it took me a while to get used to eating at restaurant again after seeing this horrendous „behind the scenes“ of a restaurant. Be careful where you go eat and make sure it’s a good restaurant where they actually care about their work and their customers.

​@@zestriker5505...I recognize what you say and it's disgusting. I once walked out as a server because i refused to serve reuse food and a very bad quality as well and the owner was a dirty man. But i also worked once very shortly in an Italiën restaurant and the head chef who was the owner made everything daily fresh. He worked his butt off to realise that. Bought his own food to be sure the quality was good. It was allways fully packed. That's why i worked there shortly, i couldn't handle the pressure and his constantly yelling at the staff to push them to the limit while they allready worked their ass off. The same in a very luxery restaurant. A yelling chef/owner ( that's why he had a lack at cooks probably, terrible to work with), i got bloody nervous of him and started to make mistakes. I'm a damn hard worker but can't handle being yelt at.

That chef was wacked in so many ways, joking about Michelin stars, the cliche excuses like reload, flat footed etc. The funniest thing and the first time I've ever seen it was when he planned on serving appetizers and entrees at the same time and taking a cigarette break while doing so 😆😆

Got happy to see new upload of the Kitchen Nightmares, only to find out its just reupload of old content. Its quite funny that large channels, especially about famous people are allowed to reupload old content to boost views on a daily basis but if smaller channel, especially someone less famous does the same; KZbin forces their rules and closes your channel. It only applies to small channels and "nobodies". Large channels can keep doing it with no penalties what so ever, its hilarious.
