Still struggling to understand "Why do I binge eat?" - Where are you stumped?

Thank you for so openly sharing@@audreyhuggins874! A big part of this is that dichotomy of "good" vs "bad" food. It classifies "bad" foods as the foods we shouldn't let ourselves have but believe are the tastiest, most exciting foods. When you start to allow yourself to eat all foods outside of binges, you're likely to find that those binge foods "bad" foods aren't even really that satisfying.

Hormonal issues affect moods and emotions and women, being naturally emotional, become emotionally out of control. This leads to emotional eating, self-denial, blaming anything else for their overeating but themselves and refusing to believe the facts.

extremely helpful video! i felt like i need to write a few things down for myself to get a deeper understanding, so i did that and now i feel even more attuned to why exactly i act the way i do, thank you so much!

Something that still completely confuses me is why the hunger hits so hard and just for certain things? I can go for a long time and stay on top of these intense cravings and then something seems to set them off and each time they are stronger and stronger! My emotions seem to match the intensity of the cravings but sometimes I can’t tell what had set them off. Especially late at night! Thank you for helpful videos that truly are knowledgeable and so helpful.
