I stopped watching MasterChef because of Joe, he's not a chef. He can't cook, he's a trust fund pocket baby. It ruins everything for everyone involved and stagnates progression and the future for all. But when will humanity ever learn ? History repeats like always. 😊

He’s insufferable. I hate him so much, he doesn’t even critique. He downright degrades people for his own pleasure, it’s sick.

You showed the mildest of his things too, he's blatantly awful to his costars and the contestants and then acts like he gets to be because he's rich

American shows seem to unnecessarily add drama and villains, The Australian version of this show is the opposite with contenstans helping each other during challenges. Even the harsh judges are not mean!

Joe is basically attempting to be as ruthless as Gordon. However, while Gordon is a pretty ruthless guy when it comes to cooking, he will carefully tell you where you screwed up and where to improve, while Joe will curse your family all the way back to your first ancestor
@Xenmas021Ай бұрын
Joe does that only because he isn't a chef and can't give effective feedback as a result. His only other option if he wants to be mean is to degrade and compare to Italy.

“There’s no such thing as garlic bread in Italy.” As someone who has been to and eaten in Italy several times, that statement is just false. But I’m not an “expert”

He's not a chef so he isn't capable of argumenting his judging in a normal way and not the one who started his buisness (that was his mom) he just improved an already well extabilished achivement. So the only reason why he was here is because of money he payed the producer to paramount himself.
@vero39802 ай бұрын
The outstanding fact is that Joe had done the italian version of masterchef FOR YEARS, and italians liked him. Even if , I garantee you, his attitude was way worst than the one here. I’m quite happy that elsewhere I can share my opinion with somebody 😅

I guarantee that if Courtney had been eliminated in the donut challenge, the finale would have come down between Elizabeth and Leslie. Which is what I think it should have been.
@Kenshin6321Ай бұрын
Dang, I really dislike Joe, but at the bit where he says "There's no garlic bread in Italy" at around 24:20 he's right. Restaurants in Italy don't really do garlic bread. Garlic bread is largely an American thing, with some parts of Europe adopting it. But if you went to Italy and got Pasta, you wouldn't get any garlic bread with it. I thought Joe was just blowing smoke, but a WHOLE bunch of Italian people have posted videos confirming they don't do garlic bread in Italy. The closest you'll get to garlic bread is Bruschetta with garlic rubbed on top, olive oil, and fresh tomatoes.

Is it just me or is this video AI generated? The voiceover sounds weird and it gets cut off randomly at times, I can practically see the script and I feel like I’ve heard this voice a million times before on apps like tiktok or instagram. The channels name is also weird it’s like one of those “movies explained” channels where an ai voiceover just describes an entire movie. Weird asf

@senjithegamer38292 ай бұрын
My main issue with Joe is that he's not a chef. Ramsey and Graham are chefs, they sold cookbooks, they own restaurants, they are brand names. But Joe? He doesn't even cut an orange yet he's qualified to test and judge other chefs. We will never forget the time where he took a plate of someone's food and threw it all away because he had a ego trip.

The reason why Ramsay is respected is not just because of his skill as a chef but his love for food is just as admirable as his skill in making one. He does have his moment of failure but that’s human. I agree with how great was his series of exploring the world and learning it from the source. Amazing.
