Everyone wants your attention - focus on yourself

Wherever you go something or someone is trying to get your attention. If you don't have goals or important priorities in life you are going to give your attention away to everyone who is demanding it from you and in the end you're not gonna have any energy left for your dreams and goals. That's why you have to focus on yourself.
In this day and age of social media, we are more than preoccupied with how others are living, with how celebrities are living. Does it add anything to our life? If not then maybe it's time to evaluate where we are spending our energy.
