I put the dough in the oil. This recipe is 100 years old, taught by grandma.

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
400 ml of warm water.
Hello everyone on my channel!
7 g of dry yeast.
Stir the yeast until it dissolves.
Sift 500 g of wheat flour.
An incredibly simple method.
1 teaspoon of salt 8 g.
Mix with a spatula.
Knead the dough well for 1-2 minutes.
Add controlled wheat flour (150 g).
We get a soft dough that does not stick to our hands.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead the dough well for 2-3 minutes.
Form a ball.
Place in a cup greased with vegetable oil.
Cover the film.
Cover with a towel and set aside for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, collect the fermented dough.
Divide the dough into 12 parts.
100 ml of vegetable oil.
50 g melted butter.
Mix well.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Grease the dough on all sides.
Repeat with each piece of dough.
Cover with food-grade film.
Leave for 30 minutes.
50 ml of oil.
2 finely chopped onions.
Fry over medium heat until transparent.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Red sweet pepper.
Cook for 1-2 minutes.
400 g finely chopped spinach.
Add cooked onion to it.
Mix.
Our filling is ready.
Roll out the dough with your hands.
Let's stretch it out.
We spread the filling.
wrap it up.
Shape it into a rose.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
You can also use various fillers.
Cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes.
1 egg yolk and a small amount of milk.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown for 30-35 minutes.
