Without spoiling anything, its very likely we'll get a Shinobu story next. The Off season & Monster season website has synopsis for 4 arcs and 2 of those are Tsukihi Undo and Nadeko Draw. The other 2 are Shinobu-centric. And yeah, the Ougi taking Araragi's place theory feels really good right now. Not just the car but the meaning of the car ride itself echoes the Hana portion of the story quite nicely, even if Ougi's mistaken about the destination, with ulterior motives or not. Also, shout out to Nadeko reading between the lines of Shinobu and Ononoki to get at what they were really saying. I'm glad that Monogatari as a show usually doesn't fall prey to misunderstandings and when it does highlight the way two people's perspectives are not aligning, ala Mayoi Snail, it does interesting stuff with it.

@alexanderhenriquez9354 Yay~ I wonder if it's Wazamonogatari that will be presented next then. And well said in the last paragraph! I'm glad that Nadeko was perceptive enough to read into Shinobu's, Ononoki's, and Ougi's (at least on the novel) motives.
