I was like 90 pounds going into puberty, 140 going out, after growing ~7 inches from 5' to 5'7". I think it's manlets like me and Digi that chub up in puberty since you don't get much taller.

I got really chubby right before starting puberty then had a major growth spurt where I grew 12" in a few months. After growing so much I was skinny from then until the end of high school though.

I usually see people lose weight through puberty, but puberty is such a wild thing that happens to everyone, I think gaining weight is still just completely as natural and normal.

If you are still encountering issues with Pajama Pants lacking pockets, Target (and possibly other stores, i'm not sure) carries 'Goodfellow & Co.' clothing, and I have a pair of pajama pants from them and they have pockets. I'm not sure how much they'll run you because I received them for Christmas, but they're real comfy

I never had pajama pants until just last christmas where I got a pair from my aunt with TMNT patterns on them and I legit wear them all the time when I'm at home they are so comfy. I 100% agree on the no pockets thing.

Puberty didn't make me gain weight or grow in height. I'm generally around the same height I was in elementary school, maybe half a foot taller. I have not gained much weight either. I have always been around 100-120 pounds (depending on how much exercise I get).

another draw for the drawer i didn't miss yesterday i just didn't comment it was like a cup. i drew a cup. i dunno man i'm in the valley right now. i'm in the trough of my quality sine wave. today i doodled a little horse and a little duck and a stupid guy. both of the animals were meant to be mice lmao. i just wanna draw a cute mouse. i wanna be someone who has a mouse in him at any time in any pose. but i'm the kinda artist where if it starts looking like something different i just roll with it.

"how did a mouse start looking like a horse and/or duck?" you might ask well i'll briefly chronicle that process for the first attempt, i started with the legs. cause when i'm in that spiral of drawing and redrawing head or body shapes and nothing seems right, i like to go from the bottom up. like, ground the drawing in some kind of dimension so it naturally builds instead of being nebulous and wrong. so i've got a line and some leg shapes and when i started adding body i was really in the dark and it went like up and away like a horse rearing up and that was that. i didn't even know if i was going for standing anthro mouse or quadruped real mouse and this is what indecision gets you, folks - slamming full speed into the fork in the road. for the duck, i started more sketchy with a plump body, like really roughing out a vague shape so i could come in and fix it up if it worked out, and it started heavily leaning into duck territory around the face, which is odd because that's usually the only thing i can get consistently mousey. wait. no, i actually have a history of trying to draw a snout and it coming out like a beak. i was wrong. this is my life.
