I was feeling a little, just a little lost in the business just about 2 weeks ago. During a phone call, someone from Zillow premier agent told me that I should watch your videos. The lady said, I could see you being successful like Ryan Serhant… I was like who…!? I didn’t know you 2 weeks ago Ryan, my bad lol. I went ahead and started watching your videos. You have given me sooo much inspiration, motivation and the focus I needed to realize that all the shit that I’m going through is part of the process to become successful… I’ve been 6 months into the business. I have closed 2 transactions so far. Some fucker top producer recruited me to work with him and he kept changing the terms of our agreement. He rubbed on my face sooo much how grateful I should be for the “opportunity” that he was giving me. This dude is soooo full of himself and in roughly a month, we went our separe ways. He told me that I wasn’t going to make it on my own… I watched your video about revenge and coming back to prove ass holes like that wrong and that is exactly what I’m doing right now. You ignited a fucking atomic bomb in me to make this fucker choke to death with his words… Right now I have a listing, I’m helping that same client get into her new house next month, I predict in roughly 2-4 month I will covert 7-8 of my current other leads and I’m waiting to hear back from my first listing appointment in San Francisco for a 2.5 million dollar home 🏡😁 Thanks for everything you do and for motivating the hell out of me and everyone who watches your videos, Ryan. I started off my work career as part time property management for three years in Brooklyn. I wasn't getting payed that much I did it for the experience under my belt. Then I moved onwards trying to figure out my way my job I wanted to go into for long term. Over the course of last year wasn't successful. And then the right job hit going back into property management company found the right job during covid and stuck with it and moving slowly & steady and I'm 27 only so have time to move my way up in real estate thanks rayen.

This bond allows healthy families to do great things and survive almost anything. But most families aren't that strong. And this may be why so many businesses fail.

Ryan the advice is that project management is critical at all times, 7 days a week, 16-18 hours a day, meaning that the milestone goals and the hundreds or thousands of tasks being executed to achieve the milestone goals will always yield the desired outcome. The time management skills you talk about in many of the 100+ vlogs were the key to the successes and will continue to be so for you. What was interesting and educational was in a previous vlog you spoke about living life - running the business in 15 minute intervals of time. Having worked with the best project managers in the software industry I can honestly say that your time management and task management skills are the very-very best that one could ever hope to exemplify.
