You can't play 2d fighting against Law he has too many plus frames, he can do evasive things in his minus frames, but most of his stuff is very linear. Try to sidestep after his DragonHammer (f1+2) for example. General tip: yo can almost always sidestep after your or opponents HitBurst (2+3) they usually don't give overwhelming plus frames. Sidesteps usually work from -3 to +3, but you can risk and step even in -7 for example if they do some heavy linear move after.
