Since he is doing 28 damage with an iron sword I’m pretty sure he’s had his stats maxed through stat boosters, save scumming, or hacking so that helps him be broken here. Not that it really matters since he could already kill all of these enemies with his base stats.

I admit I have not played much with Paladin Amelia but I have a similar experience with Franz. In late game he is either as good as Seth or slightly worse and you have to go through his mediocre early-mid phase on top of it.

Regardless of what characters you choose, it's not gonna be that hard. It's like when some people EV grind in Pokémon, even though they're just playing through the game normally. Total waste of time, in my opinion. The games are so easy anyway that you might as well not even bother thinking about what the "best" strategy is and all this kind of thing.

That is a filter on VBA-M. Back in the older version you could download a bunch of filters and select one. Now they seem to be integrated. If I am not mistaken then that was hq4xS (Mudlord). However, I am sure you can find similar ones with the current emulator as well. Maybe even to you better looking ones :D
