Great physique! I'm also a software engineer, and I'm used to working out after work, but I really want to start working out in the morning. The hardest part is waking up haha. Do you work from home on some days? If so, do you tend to workout after work on the WFH days?

@@safiullahbaig yeaa for sure waking up early takes more effort but yknow if working out in the evening is what you can stick to in the long run then that’s a great option too! sadly I go to the office everyday 😭 so it’s morning workouts before work that I find is what I can stick to

All the exercises looking good but try to stop in the stretch muscle part. Slow down the negative,, using less weight more gains and less stress on tendons and cartilage, longer lifting life, when you slow the movement you have to recruit more muscle fibers, good luck.
