Set unrealistic goals Dont delay meals (hunger cycle will change) Neglecting exercises Add strength training If you have more muscle, then recovery will be easy and also increase metabolic rate here. Drink enough water.(dehydrated) and also it affect the digestions Ignoring sleep and stress increases. Stress management and lack of sleep. If stress comes, emotional eating is risk.

I agree. When i eat before or little hunger , I used to eat less or planned. If I eat after hungry I used to eat a lot .

Sir, we see and read so many videos about fitness and diet , i am mom of two kids, school job and home. Along with that diet and fitness also , we are too stressed and burned out and not able to follow consistently . For me it’s more of stress eating . I don’t eat more fried food , outside , snack , eat of fruits , but coffee / tea with pastries is my addiction . Give us more guidance on people like us . With this current video I realized one thing instead of fully stop snacking I can reduce the no weekly basis .
