GUYS IF U THINK chinese or Japanese are fit with eating noodles then it's totally different than Packed noodles (maggie) They eat fresh home-made noodles not packed ones. So don't ask it. 👌

Omg im eating the same noodles right now and looking at ur video i feel sick now i eat too much noodles ur video has reached me to liminate this from my diet completely Thank you so much you explained very well and you are right the masala does have sooo much salt you can taste it. Started hitting gym recently so I just look up foods to avoid that can hinder my muscle growth and tbh this is one the things i should have avoided much earlier but people really didn't know in details the effect it can cause to your body. An being an Indian , i have consumed Maggie almost 3/4th of my current age.

But tell me one thing if it is deep fried, then when we heat it in water at such boiling temprature why it does not leave oil??? It should leave some oil in water & i only use half of that tastemaker masala & i eat oats noodles, is it ok? maggi also writes the noodles are msg free.. please help me

Nah, I eat spicy noodles like every week, when I'm stressed and when I'm hungry af. And what happens? Nothing. Yeah SOME noodles may be bad BUT this video will not stop me from eating something I enjoy and something I have been eaten since years ago.

@@fewsoulsup moderation is the key..i eat them 5-6 times a year with sardines..but if eaten everyday then one is asking for trouble..and i never use the little flavour packets inside..i use curry with spices herbs from our garden.

I am american, and I hardly understood this guy, and to be honest I had some noodles in my lunch box ready to eat during lunch, and even seen the video that basically said home made noodles arnt as bad as processed noodles. Still was going to eat my noodles today then I seen this dudes video and to be honest, I changed my mind about eating them, because information about a product I don't know about is better than just looking at nasty videos. Just saying thank you for making this video so I can force myself out of bad habits. I'm still screwed though, now I don't have lunch lol but at least I don't got to worry about MSD
