I was in a hardware store and needed some advice on how to join wires together using an electricians tool. The guy at the store walked me to where they store the tool and pulled out the tool from its packaging and explained to me how to use the tool. He took me under his wing for a few minutes and I felt like a master user of that tool. When I went home and used the tool, I did a great job using the tool and was very happy with a job well done. Every time I use that tool, I think of the guy in the hardware store. If I ever work in a hardware shop, I will always explain to a customer how to use a tool if they aren't overly familiar with that tool.
