Spelling and grammar (unless it’s wordplay or a pun) are important. “Coffee till cocktails” in the example you showed should have been Coffee til cocktails. Till is something you do to the ground in the garden or put the part of a cash register that holds the money in the drawer. Til or ‘til is the shortened version of “until”.
