Those miniscule decreases in rental prices aren't enough to trigger a lowering of rates... Rental rates are still MASSIVELY inflated, across the country. LOL... Same with the cost of everything else. The only people actually spending with meaningful discretionary income, are above average earners... So essentially, all the numbers from these meaningless reports, aren't even close to representing what is really happening in the actual economy right now. Rates aren't even really that high, so why lower rates, if the economy is so healthy? They won't... Not unless they are trying to front run, and soften the blow as the economy rolls over into a recession. You can NOT kick the threat of inflation, without a recession.
