This is my case, MS in chemistry, vast experience in lab, authority, pharma company and others and cannot get a simple job offer. Especially is frustrating when you get the email "we got a candidat with more suitable experince", tbh I lost my faith and my confidence dropped a lot. It has been more than a year since i started to apply continuously for a job and nothing worked. Thanks to your videos i still have hope, and it helped me a lot to manage my emotions and trust the journey. Big thank you!
