Bro was probably even weaker than Saiyan saga raditz, pulled up to a whole ass army with at least a thousand other people against him, and proceeded to call out the biggest threat in the universe like "fight me, pussy! You won't". MEANWHILE the rest of the Saiyans, a race of battle hungry badasses, were too dumb and scared to even try it. Bardock is THAT Saiyan.

Also, yah, super saiyan 4 is the best transformation, but just so you know, once again, utra ego and ultra instinct are not transformations they are techniques that goku and vegeta evolve physically to use them until that finish training to implement the form like techniques into there base having it active all the time.
