๐ญ What frame have you been in, and what have you most resembled?
โก If we sit at a desk all day, our hips and ankles inevitably stiffen. If we drive all day, we become shaped like a driver's seat. If we're on a surfboard, we shape into a surfer; if we're arm wrestling, we shape into an arm wrestler. If we put ourselves in a fighting ring, we become shaped for better fighting; if we keep ourselves in a handstand, our body becomes capable of that. What frame have you most resembled lately?
๐ญ How ready are you to break out of that frame?
โก If we don't remove the 'cause' of our stiffness, all exercise and stretching will be temporary. Therefore, we must view exercise as a lifestyle improvement and take a longer-term approach. Our bodies keep adapting to the frame. Are you ready with me to break out of the frame that has made you stiff? Only then will you see a real change.
