Perfect example of a dealer thinking outside the box to win customers. That Deere dealer could sell equipment at cost, and still make money because they've got the lock on your parts business. Great video.

We got sold our last walk behind a couple of years ago and have not looked back. To us the stand on zero turn units have so much more productivity. Much more intuitive design and move alot quicker, which all adds up to more grass cut in a day.

Exmark and I will never switch until a PROVEN mower with a better cut and durability comes along and it needs time to prove it so Exmark is my choice.
@leadnsteel14283 жыл бұрын
Sorry but never liked exmark. There was a video of someone who bought a brand new Exmark stand on Areator and it broke on him right on the first lawn. Old Exmarks yes new ones hell no. I would rather have a Toro
@greenhillscustomlawncarell11392 жыл бұрын
I’ve always had exmark too but there are better mowers out there. I baby my machines as far as fluids and maintenance and my staris and lazer z were both on warranty work within the first 16 months. I’m looking into other brands. Just can’t make my mind up.

you can flip the starter on the exmark. I did it on mine so you pull from the back right, so no matter how you put it in a trailer as long as it is deck first you can pull start it and get it out. this is not a downside, it takes 2 minutes with a wrench.

Exmark is leader in commercial mowers for a reason if you feel like that Deere has same cut quality go for it....... personally nothing cuts better than an exmark other than that Dag on velocity deck from scag........ put Deere next to exmark stripping is much better as well
@harryerhart59782 жыл бұрын
We go with service first no good service here for any brand we don't strip because Florida grass doesn't so we go with exmark or John Deere both are about a hour away both cut good but Deere had a big advantage of price and finance 😇
@FrostyTheSnowman12321 Жыл бұрын
And what experience are you speaking from!? Opinion!? I’ve literally had Toro, ExMark, John Deere, Scag, Great Dane, Etc. etc. Etx. And SCAG (altho I 🤢 hate Orange) it has HANDS DOWN the best cut! And it’s not even close! Scag V-Ride II to be even more specific. I’ve had Ride Ons, Walk Behinds, Push Mowers, Zero Turn / Sit Down, Etc. And NOTHING beats the Scag! My biggest thing is that UGLY orange color! But if you can get past that then it’s definitely the better / the best cut out there! -From Hands On Experience not FanBoying. . . I used to be a ExMark Fan Boy. They’re Ehhh OverRated Now-Days. . . There’s better machines to be had at the same price, or lower.

I am looking for a commercial grade walk behind, nothing larger than a 36 or smaller than a 30, of my personal yard. How is the Deere when going over the crest of a hill and is scalping an issue? I mow tall (4" or higher) but the space between the front and rear wheels concerns me in regards to scalping. The crest is a fairly gentle roll and the hill isn't steep, but I like a perfectly manicured yard.

If scalping is a concern with hills, I would always pick the smallest mower possible.

That's exactly why not to buy a John Deere they're trying to pull a apple we're only they can work on the machines it's a big problem with Farmers that can't get access to diagnostic software end end up shipping huge farm equipment 80 plus miles spending thousands of dollars just to ship it when it's a simple problem but they can't do anything because they don't have access to the software it's stuff like that why not to buy a John Deere it's like saying to somebody you own it but we're the only ones allowed to work on it and we're the only place where you can get parts for it it's a s*** thing to do
