Thank you! I’m new to raw life. Honestly new to the whole vegan lifestyle. This information is inspiring. I’ve ordered books and watched a ton of videos. From here on out I’m making it simple….a bowl of grapes is sufficient

I'm very excited you made this video! Especially where you acknowledged that 1. Where we are should not compare to someone else's daily diet and, especially, 2. That your diet did not start out this way. I've followed you for several years and I enjoy watching your oldest videos observing your diet where one would might begin. I have been hoping you would post a video on how you transitioned once beginning all fruit and how that evolved into your first couple years. Must of us watching (I think!) have dabbled, but not immersed into a decade or more of all fruit.

Great video suggestion! Excited to make a "how I transitioned" video. Thank you

I love you, you said everything I needed to hear. I was already aware of over consumption and alienation from one's own reality but it still hard to see my limits to this. The consumption of media really changed my life to the better in many ways. If I didn't search hard into these topics of diet and wellbeing I wouldn't be here and I'd have a miserable diet and relationship with food just like most people around me. I got here not from the best motivations but I had the best journey. I'm going vegan again after years of an unjoyful diet and I just noticed I was setting myself to some failure again by over complicating things. I like to try new foods and complex flavors but it easily overwhelmes me (specially when I have to cook so much). I've been just entertaining the idea of just eating as simple as I could most of the time and you gave me the push to looking for actually doing this. So many things that you unlearn and re-learn... Veganism is mind blowing and I really suport most of the raw community.

I agree 100% with your view but for me the what I eat videos give so much inspiration. Inspiration to continue my journey when my environment is not conducive to it. Inspiration to keep it simple or to complicate. It’s a way to feel understood and part of a community.

Awareness of honoring the process, that was good to hear again. Thank you! Im mainly struggling with infrastructure and organization, where and how to get these kind of food and in the desired quality, so with me it's mainly the availability of them. Love

I love this perspective ❤ and what a beautiful day/menu. Do you feel the fruit where you live is mineralized enough to not need the greens or veggies so much anymore?
@thepoemdances Жыл бұрын
Thank you.. and Great question. I am lucky to get most of the year amazing quality fruit (grown in good mineral rich soil) and yes I think for many that can decrease the need for as many greens.

Beautiful easy video. One took that it is ones own journey that should be the focus as opposed to trying to emulate. If anything one should rather use the video as inspiration to stay walking the path . Appreciation to you

Once a person decides to make changes that increase their particular health and well-being, what others do is irrelevant. Everyone should strive to be healthy and balanced, and that means different things to different people. On the other hand, I do copy your dances (in my own way) a lot of mornings before work. It's fun, but I would not share it on social media. You're absolutely right about over-consumption. My exception is music. I consume music as much as I want and feel the need.

Dr. Tumi I have a 3-year-old and I see that you also have small children. Do your children eat similar to you? My son and I eat about 80 percent raw and have one cooked meal a day. I eventually want to switch to fully raw in my own time, but I am not sure if that would be appropriate for my son. So, I am just curious as to how a professional feeds their child, I wan to be well informed before making any further changes to his diet.

Verily I say unto you, in the beginning, all creatures of God did find their sustenance in the herbs and the fruits of the earth alone, till the ignorance and the selfishness of man turned many of them from the use which God had given them to that which was contrary to their original use, but even these shall yet return to their natural food, as it is written in the prophets, and their words shall not fail.

You are so sweet and carefree thou am not living your lifestyle I can still learn things and incorporate where am at on my walk. The book the great controversy by Ellen g white explains so much about God's true intentions for us all. I love your family. I cant wait for this new life Adam and Eve were fruitiarn the root vegetables were eaten by animals, nevertheless its soon going to be over I will be praying for you and your family thank you for sharing ❤❤❤
