I am and realized it. I cause my sleep anxiety. When I realized it, It’s getting better. I was real worried about not sleeping. Trying anything makes it worse. The more I just let go of stressing about it, the better I am. I don’t beat myself up about it.

Great that you have that awareness and not beating yourself up, but focusing instead on how to resolve it.

I have been on antidepressants for 40+ year One of the biggest side effects of these is insomnia. I now have memory problems as a result of poor sleep and a side effect of a mood stabiliser. To add to these problems I have sleep apnea! No matter what happens I am the one who is responsible for my own insomnia? Yes! I believe that.!

You are talking about real CBT-I and not correct CBT-I. But how can I distinguish ? Is there somewhere a publication where I can find out about the "gold standard" of CBT-I ? Thank you.

CBIT seems like a difficult process however can you start a class on it Your talk was very interesting and it put a different focus on insomnia I am so concern about my insomnia

What to do when you have insomnia caused by fibromyalgia??
@sherrylono71576 ай бұрын
Took ambien for at least 12 years. When I turned 70 years, the Dr. wouldn’t prescribe anymore. Did a sleep study and was told that I have sleep apnea. Tried a cpap machine

I don’t worry I don’t have anxiety I just don’t sleep

God created sleep and only him can reset the brain if sleep leaves someone just be prayerful and remain positive and you will see insomnia disappear

I wish it were that easy, but I've worked with a lot of people who have prayed for years for insomnia to go away, and it didn't work. Sometimes you have to take action and do something (the right things) to get rid of insomnia once it has set in as a pattern.

You should have talked about CBTI instead of talking nonsense.
