Chris, I’m a 55 year old man and thanks to you, I’m in the best shape of my life. I’ve been working with you for a few months now and I see a physique emerging that I never thought I would have. It goes to show that it’s never too late. A six pack at my age?! Crazy! Thank you so much Chris. All the very best to you and your family.

@@manoj.k.m4302 i practiced the same steps. I already had strenght tho hold myself up, but I didn't have the balance, and I had to do stretching exercises, to be able to hold my legs on right angle, so that they won't touch floor. I started, started from that step, where you like kick air, and take right position for a moment.

So I basically learnt L-sit about an year ago through Chris's introduction to calisthenics vid. Ofcourse initially I couldn't do it and it seemed almost impossible to do whenever I attempted it. Then I started training all the progressions shown in the vid about 3 times a week and after about 2 months once at home I just attempted to do the L-sit. And guess what all of a sudden I was actually able to do it. Ty Chris♥️

My son managed to convince me to start small and one training per week has led to 4 per week in no time. Not only have I lost weight, but I feel great and am motivated to lose another few pounds so I will be back to the weight I was when I got married 20 years ago! As someone who learned to l sit a year ago, the way I learned was training my abs every week and while gaming on the ps4 would try it everytime I would queue up for lobbies or something of the sort....one day I did it and it was amazing

recently while watching an insta live of Gabo there was a question asked by someone that 'his hips go back while performing l-sit and how to inline L-sit and shoulders' Then I realized Its the same case with me so I came here to check whether IM doing L-sit properly from 2 years or not but seeing Chris do the same made me more comfortable now😂. thought that my 35-45 sec L-sit hold is not that good and IM not that strong but ohhh it was not the case, and yes thanks Chris because of you and your thenx family I learned a lot in past 2 years I learned handstand from you L-sit Human Flag and did lots of Your follow along abs workouts, So once again thank you and keep inspiring and makin great content, lots of love from India.

I actually got to @ advance tuck planche before I tried L-sit on my medium height parallettes and was able to do it first time. Thia was so I can go from L sit and swing through to tuck/advance planche. Never worked on holding L sit for time or hands on floor. Did a handstand class and the instructor wanted us to do hands on floor L sit......and I could not do it. More than likely when I do 'em on parallettes, my butt is below bar. I have since became able to do it hands on floor for a few seconds and am trying to work on making L-sit easy to hold for time. I skipped the basics for the most part and can do full front lever and only got as far as advance tuck planche. Going back now and gonna work on basics till it's easy to do. Something I can already do is pancake to chest on floor and forward fold to chest on legs as well as core compression work. This video is 4 years ago and I saw the vid Chris did with a contortionist. Hopefully he has continued to work on his flexibility because in this vid his flexibility looks pretty bad and he is rounding his back to barely touch toes.

From 44% bodyfat to currently 21.6% bodyfat, I can dragon flag and l-sit properly. I'm giving myself 3-4 months to get to 10-15% bodyfat. Training: Weighted Calisthenics + Weight Training + Still Rings (Gymnastic Rings) ::: 2-push/2-pull days per week, 1-2 days of steady state cardio (45-seconds on, 15-seconds off; for 30 min). My 100 pound vest arrived 2-weeks ago and has made all the non-weighted moves so much easier!

When I heard the first statement I thought he was stating the obvious, but the more I thought about it the more it made sense. „you don‘t do it, because you don‘t think you can do it“ - it‘s such an obvious thing but that kind of kept me from gaining all the calisthenics and breakdance skills I wanted to get. Really good thought there
