Chris, I’m a 55 year old man and thanks to you, I’m in the best shape of my life. I’ve been working with you for a few months now and I see a physique emerging that I never thought I would have. I actually got to @ advance tuck planche before I tried L-sit on my medium height parallettes and was able to do it first time. Thia was so I can go from L sit and swing through to tuck/advance planche. Never worked on holding L sit for time or hands on floor. Did a handstand class and the instructor wanted us to do hands on floor L sit......and I could not do it. More than likely when I do 'em on parallettes, my butt is below bar. I have since became able to do it hands on floor for a few seconds and am trying to work on making L-sit easy to hold for time. I skipped the basics for the most part and can do full front lever and only got as far as advance tuck planche. Going back now and gonna work on basics till it's easy to do. Something I can already do is pancake to chest on floor and forward fold to chest on legs as well as core compression work. This video is 4 years ago and I saw the vid Chris did with a contortionist. Hopefully he has continued to work on his flexibility because in this vid his flexibility looks pretty bad and he is rounding his back to barely touch toes.

I learned the L-sit in three days thanks to this video, after trying it for the first time, it was hard but the more you try it the better you get, and now after three days I can hold it for about fifteen seconds. Thank you Chris for making these videos. 🙏

That’s pretty good if you had your legs completely straightened and locked.

I started calisthenics two months ago and I can comfortably hold the l-sit on parallete bars for 30 seconds+! I'm currently working on performing it hanging and on the floor Literally the only calisthenics skill that I can do but we all start somewhere!
