On this one that would have been a very good outtake as he could have interacted with the girl, added that to his outtakes, and then resume the video where he stopped. He was just talking about the entrance, the running people, and the 400m they need to travel when she interrupted. A 10 second interaction with her could have made her day and also, IMO, could have been a better outtake rather than the sandwich one on this video.

We got to meet Kym in Vegas for the F1 launch event and he couldn't have been lovelier. Had time for a chat despite being busy and was kind enough to take a selfie. He constantly does meet and greets too. A fan running up in the middle of recording (while he's speaking no less) and not getting his full attention isn't a big deal. She could have waited since he was clearly in the middle of filming. "Disgusting" ... Give me a break.

Although I haven't attended any other races in the world besides Melbourne, I had an awesome time in 2022 and met friendly people whom I still keep in touch with 2 years later. Issue is that the races in Bahrain and Jeddah hardly have fans attending… races like Melbourne, Zandvoort, Italy, Silverstone, Austin, Spa, Mexico, Brasil… DO have a sold out venue and the buzz and all sorts of activities for fans. The energy is indeed quite different from Bahrain and Jeddah.

I flew from Heathrow to Melbourne for one week in March 2017 to watch the GP. I stayed in a Airbnb which was about a 20 minute walk from Albert Park. The Australian GP and the Aussie hostility was second to none, an added bonus was chatting with Fernando Alonso while we waited for our bags.

I flew I go Melbourne from Perth on a trip from the UK in 1997 and stayed in St Kilda which made the track walking distance which was just as well as the team drivers apparently sgo on strike every year. Melbourne is a great event. If there isn't some activity on track of in the air it"a a rare event or a red flag!
