I’m a brown belt and I’m always asking questions. A lot of our advanced classes are based off questions

This drives me crazy when people don’t ask questions. As a white belt, when someone asks a question it really helps me. There’s a ton of time I just don’t know what to ask or I’m trying to focus on the actual moves it doesn’t occur to me that something doesn’t make sense

End of trial class, i get close to coach and start talking about how everything went and stuff. The most important thing that he said that day was "Aca el que no pregunta pierde" *Here the one who dont ask loose* Im the most annoying person in the mats, not for beign good at bjj, but for the cuantity of question y make. Everyday i try to make at least one question, about something, anything really, and not only to coaches sometimes higher belts, sometimes lower belts. Im just hungry for knowledge. Thanks❤

I find I have to do a lot of study at home after class to really learn properly what I’m learning in class and also see other perspectives that could better cater to my style of learning, A lot of my progress in bjj has come from studying outside of class and then applying it on the mats, Lachlan Giles and Danaher have been awesome for building strong fundamentals

I don't ask questions because my mind already wondered off half way through the coach showing the technique.

As a fairly new practitioner (1 year anniversary next month) at what point do I start practicing different games/becoming very comfortable losing rolls to progress my game? At the moment I'm ecstatic if I can control my opponent for a round. Most times I'm just happy surviving.

I often don't ask questions because the class has already run overtime and I want to go home.

No. This is the most offensive thing you two have ever tried to get away with (thumbnail text). The foot is a coming down. Do not ask questions white belt, do not even say yes when asked if the group needs to see something again. Maintain a blank stare and stop preventing us from reaching the good bit of the day
