It makes perfect sense. I for one when covid happened have been so active in social media and when we got the chance to go out, I didn't feel connected or I felt alienated. It was weird. I ended up deactivating Facebook, keeping linkedin for jobs and learning and youtube to watch vids like this. I am a happy person since then. :). Thanks for this. It has brought light to something weirdly discussed.

I’ve completely deactivated my instagram and twitter since February of this year because of a heavy goodbye I had to experience with someone I love, and only because of that. However, as time passes by I’ve come to a realisation that all I need is just one messaging app to be able to reach out for help, updates, and different sorts of things and the other way around. Blatantly saying that I couldn’t care less about everyone else’s lives is sort of hypocritical, sure, I missed loads of updates on everyone else’s lives, but I get to talk more to people and be more present. And I couldn’t agree with you more with the part of wanting to be more social irl and muster up the courage to talk to people even strangers. Not only it did help me go through this process of letting go of someone, but just being more active and meeting people helped a lot with the pain I’ve been coping with. Anyways, super great video and you’ve concluded everything objectively! Cheers and I wish you the best of luck :-)!
