I don’t track macros, it is too overwhelming for me and the reason I gave up in the past. For me it takes a huge part in my life and I decided I’m not doing it. I just pay attention to stay under 20g of carbs, get healthy fats, intermittent fast and stop eating when I’m full. I lost a lot of weight doing keto like that

Hi, what is the name of the Marco app you mentioned? I've tried keto twice and was success. 1st twice i lost 30 lbs, 2nd time i lost 51 lbs. I'm wanting to try low carb this time. Those artificial sweetener has that bad taste and i can't deal with it. I've tried 4 different types. Please advise
