Just an fyi for anyone doing this instal, there’s a petcock valve at the bottom of the radiator. Draining the coolant from there with a hose will save you a bunch of coolant clean up from disconnecting the above hoses.

That was a fun to watch video. Congrats. Smaller pully = more boost = more power. I've been wanting an ESS now for a few months. My ride is a 2015 50 years anniversary limited edition, 1872/1964. So I really don't want to change it so that it can't go back to stock. I'm up in the air about an 2018 manifold and will have to talk to the ESS people about the pros/cons. Not planning to drag race, just want more kick in the pants.

That was excellent! Congrats! I have a Procharger on my 2020 GT, same install basically. Mine made 780HP at Palm Beach Dyno on the biggest pulley (120MM).

Wow those are healthy numbers! I was told recently that our knock sensors kicked in on our Dyno runs due to poor gas 🤷🏼‍♂️ either way it’s fast enough for her 🤣

Wait... did that say 391 horses base? That's with a tune and some upgrades? I thought they had more base power than that stock??

To the wheels is different then to the crank as they are rated factory. Add to that some dynos read lower as it just depends on their calibration. It’s important to just go back to the same dyno to measure differences for consistency. Hope that helps!

Hey man. I have a 2016 mustang GT 6r80. I daily and drive mine everyday. I’m trying to make around the same power. What’s your setup? I just got the G3 a G3 intercooler with 125mm pulley. It’s been 5 months now since this video how has the car been treating you? Also what BOV did you guys go with? Sounds awesome!!

What mods above stock do you have? Did you install a boost-a-pump? Oil pump gears and crank sprocket? So far I noticed you did 1050 injectors and a crank pulley bolt kit. Just curious, I want to do the same ESS with a 120mm pulley

Hey, we did a vortech BAP and the crank stud only. No OPG’s as it’s an automatic and from my research OPG’s go bad mostly in manual cars from hitting the rev limiter… good luck it will be a blast when you do!
