The only prep I usually do is a lot of setup for my wars, usually worn down a bit before it even starts, maybe that's good for everyone else, that way I'm not nearly as fast. Then again. Keeping up when running my frankenshot, (5-7 lb. longshot) a few extra mags and a side arm while wearing boots, to people who only run one weapon in running shoes is pretty good. Footwear dramatically effects speed and agility.

To go up stairs silently all you have to do is pick up your feet to the point of being able to slide your foot on. Not the fastest but definitely somewhat silent.

someone forgot dogeing here let me show you how to doge and get better at shooting wile doging first go in left and right in a c shape also hold a gun and point at a target wile doing that shoot it then go faster is and faster you will get better aim and dogeing make sure the target is human shaped for a acurate shape or use your freiand and do that same thing to chother in circuls and now move in a zig zag when runing sometimes it decresses speed so dont unless you dont wanna get hit and be unexpected like stop sometimes jump

Nerf guns aren't like real guns, were they are rifled (rifles and pistols) or have a legit spread (shotguns). I can point a rifle or pistol and put a bullet really close to where I want it, if not spot on, but I can't really do the same with Nerf guns because they are air powered and not rifled.
