Chef, this wild boar roast looked almost too succulent! We don't have any of those critters running loose around here. If I make this, it'll have to be using the cute domestic pigs. Your video showed every step, and it didn't seem too difficult. The stuffing was out of this world, and I could almost smell it's fragrance! Thanks for a very instructive video! I love me some wild hog! In march I hope to be travelling to Eastern Texas to hut some wild hogs! I think we ate all the hog that we harvested last year!! You have peaked my appetite once again chef!! ;-)
