Wow. If you want to truly understand how low the bar is for SocCitizenship, look no further than the timing of his “What’s your probable cause” inquiry. A judge, in court, on camera, with a room full of witnesses, finds him in contempt and orders him to jail. And he asks the court officer about “probable cause”. You can’t make this stuff up. Great video. Great way to start the week.

7:20 Mike kind of nailed it. These people come loaded to the hilt with nonsensical affidavits, add nonsensical words to simple documents, insist on not waving rights, and generally act is if they know exactly what's going on while insisting everyone else is wrong, then they spring the "I'm not usually in court so this is very confusing" attitude. So which is it, genius? Either you're more on the ball than everyone, you know all the ins and outs of the system that is (actually not) conspiring against you, insist everything being patiently explained to you is false - or you don't know anything. Pick one.

His definition of 'in charge' is different that mine, mine doesn’t involve being arrested and having handcuffs on… As my late mother used to say "It takes all sorts and there’s always one sort you haven’t met yet."

I loved when the judge in another video said to one of these citizens - "If I believed that a government had no jurisdiction, authority, or power over me, I would never show up in court" and she was exactly correct. If these crazy people believe this nonsense, then why do they even show up to court? It makes even less sense than these crazy people do! They show up because they don't want a warrant for their arrest, which actually proves that they do have power and jurisdiction over them!

When Hegel further discussed Plato's theory of dialectical communication,... here is your example of positive, incites a negative thus creating a void, yet results in an ultimate positive. Sov: I refuse to give up any of my rights. Judge: Okay, good you have the right to an attorney. Sov: I don't want an attorney, I want to represent myself. Judge: So, you are giving up your right to an attorney? Sov: I refuse to give up any of my rights. ***Communication Void*** Balif: Hands behind your back! ***Ultimate Positive*** Love the first clip,... I nearly choked on my coffee. Good job!

I think this was one of the better ones. The Judge did his best to protect the guy's rights, but also didn't waste any time with the defendant's techno-babble. I think putting him in contempt of court and then having him arrested and then hauled off to jail is a perfect example of "jurisdiction"!! LOL

For someone who openly admits in court that he is confused and misinformed, he sure likes to try to educate the judge lol

I am God, I am God ! No you are not, put your hands behind your back ! I wonder if the Sovcit teachers give Mo a pass for his performance, the judge did, gave him a pass free of charge to a concrete floor and bed, and very thin blanket !

Hey Mike, belly rubs and treats to the boys from me. Oh wow no shirt and wacky music. A beginner level SovCit flunky, and swung on and missed. I love how the Judge just dismisses the under duress claim. The force is so far gone from this one.
