This looks delicious! I'm not sure i'll be able to find the wild garlic so i'll replace it with the normal garlic and maybe add in some rocket or spinach leaves! 👌

hey man, can i substitute wild garlic with just garlic? Just a little bit difficult to find that in Hong Kong. cheers pal! LOVE THE VEG RECIPEEEEEEE

Wow, I've never heard of wild garlic. Definitely have no idea where to get that in Southern California unfortunately. Regardless, this looks incredible and I'm sure I could find a way to recreate it without the wild garlic. I would love to try wild garlic though, that sounds bomb. Making pasta tonight actually but more of a bolognese with bison as the protein. Thank you for a wonderful and unique recipe!

Kels look for “Ramps” at the grocery store/farmers market they’re the same thing just a different name! They’re like a spring onion but with a more garlicy flavor!

Nice recipe! Not sure why you would add a side of toast with it though. Maybe some garlic bread....
