"A lot of people don't even notice birds." Oh, how true. I was under a tree on Dartmoor yesterday morning, camera on tripod, photographing Wheatears, Skylarks and Meadow Pipits. Some walkers passed by, not too close but close enough to be in ear shot, one asked another what the chap with the camera was photographing. Well, if you only opened your eyes and expanded your view to more than the next footstep, you may enjoy the beauty around you a little more. But maybe not everyone is in love with nature quite as much as people like us, who see it as more than just a few birds, wild animals or, nah, they don't see them at all! I guess we all have different perspectives on life and prioritise things in other ways, I'll stick with nature, it's honest and fulfilling. Keep 'em coming, Josh & Katie, regards, Mark.

I liked the description Katie made about being in tune with nature , it's like a sixth sense a knowing that you can't always see but you feel and as such become one with your surroundings. It was a star wars film in which a young O B One is told" be mindful of your surroundings. Feel the force, " corny I know but when I heard that so many years ago I thought it was a perfect way to be when you're outside with nature. Fascinating shots of the sheep and the fox photograph is brilliant, a keeper if ever I saw one. Great vlog thanks.

Right? I thought that sign was hilarious but apparently they’ve gotten sick from something they must have licked off a car. There are a lot of signs in the park. Like “do not feed the foxes”…that poor little fox was literally approaching people to beg for food. It’s sad because if they get too bold, they get euthanized. :(

My countdown is on. I’ll be in Yellowstone 4/18 and GT the following Friday. I hope to see the mountain goats and Katie’s fox! Would love one of your great images too! Enjoyed the story today!

Josh - only recently started seeing and watching some of your videos. There is a sort of serenity to them but this is the one that got me to hit the 'subscribe' button. Like your other videos it's not only informative but enjoyable as well. Good stuff!

Best ever video. They just keep getting better. I thought you had a unique voice on KZbin, but it turns out Katie has it too! The two of you together are perfect. Can’t wait for your next adventure.

Wow, thank you for saying that. Katie was nervous but I think she did fantastic.
