It's one of my favorite threats in a TV show where quarrels just lays out what he wants to do. The threat is a real threat where Raylan can't let it stand. Quarrels is a legit psychopath which is why he was one of the most dangerous villains Raylan went up against.

I like how the episode has Raylan handling his separate problems with Dickie Bennet getting out of jail and that’s what he’s been focusing on, then a Guy Walks into a Bar…
