Agreed. Unfortunately, this is a rapidly dying breed of man. People lack passion, motivation, and common knowledge... (Or uncommon nowadays) The OCD factor plays a pretty important role in perfection as well. When you find employees like Josh, you do EVERYTHING possible to keep them around.
