I am on the 2nd year recovery. I spent a lot of years like you said looking for easy solutions, there are none. Low serotonin or that nonsense... Meditation and mindfulness and walks, acceptance... Met a therapist monk and showed me the way. I am feeling better, great! I still have physical symptoms, but they are not scaring me anymore. Recovery is possible. It will take time but they will elevate with time.

Thanks. It has been a frustrating year. Last year I saw 400% growth but this year my growth has really slowed down despite lots of good feedback and all my satisfaction stats improving. I keep going though. Its the feedback I get in comments that keeps me motivated. Thanks again for your support

@@babygonda1226 I used to have that a lot. I haven't had that issue in months. There is this type of meditation that is called focus meditation. It is where you ask the bad energy in your body to tell you why it is hurting you. Your body will tell and your being will take a chance to reveal what it's hidden. take it from there. Healing. It is hard to explain but I recommend looking for a therapist that does exercises to release the trauma. From the body + Cbt. Take time.but it is helpful. Elevate the symptoms.

It’s certainly a tough problem. There are no guaranteed methods, and I’m not sure that anyone has all of the answers. Explore your options.
