Caleb Whitted I went down on the highway in heavy rain while changing to a lane that was under construction. The lane was filled with water, and the rear hydroplaned out. Wasn't on the gas, speeding, or anything like that, just got a raw deal on that one lol. I try to stay out of rain when I can on the new bike, and going to the track is definitely an addiction! It's been cool watching it go from wrecked to beautiful, even though it looks like the guys at the salvage yard dropped it a few more times after I laid it down...

I'll have the oil conversation! Ran GN4 for years in my toys and swore by it but made the switch to rotella 15w40 like all the race guys and have never had an issue with rotella and it's like $12 a gallon!

Chase so you know led bulbs are polarity sensitive unlike old incandescent bulbs or even halogen bulbs , all you do is flip the bulbs terminals or quick connector ;)

You should have gone with the Woolich racing software. It's the best out there that allows you to do more and has many many maps to download from that were created by other users, especially for the 2016+ ZX10Rs.

Normal halogen bulbs are not polarity sensitive, so the way you plug them in doesn't matter so much, but LEDs are polarity sensitive. They will only work if plugged in correctly.

that was a cool video, but on the headlight lol. Should of known, LEDs have to be installed in a specific polarity. When the mechanic finally had the thought of flipping the plug I was like finally! Light Emitting Diodes (LED), current can only go 1 way.

Led bulbs are polarity dependent. That's why you had to flip the plug, or sometimes swap the wires

the manual gives you the oil capacity dry, with an oil filter change, only oil change. so don't confuse people to think they have to randomly add more oil because they changed a filter. read your manual.

fuel light flashing just needs more fuel and will go away comes on at 12.5L(3.3 gallons) used or less then 4.5L (1.1 gallons) in tank

LED stands for light emitting diode & diodes only allow electrons to pass through it in 1 direction so pluging it in the wrong polarity will always cause it not to function

As much as I would love to win that bike, the fact that Progressive wants to bend me over so hard to insure, makes it not a realistic thing for me. Louisiana auto insurance is ridiculous! It's not bad with just liability ($400/year), but if you add anything else, your premium skyrockets! I already pay a little over $200/month for full coverage on a 2017 Ninja 650 so I'll just stick with that for now. That Graves exhaust sounds great btw!

Check out Allstate! I had Progressive and decided the lack of lube was displeasing to my rear so I shopped around and found that Allstate had twice the coverage for almost half the cost of the Progressive plan. Now I pay ~$95/mo for a 2018 KTM 1290 Super Adventure S.
