Most people can't stick to a diet for 5 minutes. These guys do it 7 days a week, all year round, living in the gym, having hardly any social life, only for some couch potato to come along and say "it's all steroids." After watching his documentary, it made me realise bodybuilding is far more than just having big muscles. The mental fortitude these guys have is insane.

@@breaks3085no not really, they don’t really talk about it…but they don’t cover it up

Even if they list down all the gear they on, whats that gonna do for you? U gonna take the same gear and think ur body gonna be like them? 😂@breaks3085

Have to say, I found myself in a long time rut, lost my spirit - which I've began healing this week and one night I couldn't sleep and decided to listen to this episode Now the sleep is finished because I'm so pumped with new ideas and a way to heal. Thank you for this episode

I literally see David Goggins in this man, the evolution he went through and self introspection is absolutely mythical

Put in the end when you stand before Christ Jesus you'll have no fruit except that you lived for yourself and you glorified yourself and took your trophies and put them before Jesus and you did nothing to glorify the risen King he did nothing to lay down your life so in the end all you have is a man that live for himself whenever he was created until walk in the light very very sad ending

That’s not the gospel. Believe how that Christ died for our sins, and that he was buried and that he rose again on the third day, and you shall be saved. You are a self righteous zealot but you don’t deserve heaven either. No one does. You are either saved by grace through faith alone or on ur way to hell just as much as anyone else. Christ forgave mankind’s sins when he shed his blood and died for us, and he resurrected from the grave 3 days later. Believe thou this??
