Easier, cheaper and less awkward to just shower in your underpants if you really need. It's worth only for the shower head (on Amazon seens that it dosn't come with it anymore) ,that you can just pour the water from the bottle anyway, and the soap( that you only get 1), or you can get any soap you want for cheaper and just pack in your backpack. It turns into a backpack but you have to get everything out of it to shower, and are left with a wet backpack in the inside and outside, that you either wait for it to dry or just get all your things into body moist. it's not worth for $46,95 in my opinion. But to each their own i guess.

Vegan here! We eat it for a lot of different reasons. One of which is they're usually a good source of iron, calcium, and other nutrients that are low in our diet. Including protein. It's hard to put beans, soybeans, or chickpeas on a sub. Shaping them into things like that make it easier to have a satisfying meal. Also I think it's great for people transitioning into eating more plant based in general. Small changes 🙂 🐢🌈

Some vegans miss the taste and texture of meat, they just don't want to eat real meat for whatever personal reason they have (health, environmental, ethical, etc) so that's why the vegan meats try to replicate the flavor and texture. You can get all of your protein on a plant based diet without the fake meats, but sometimes you want something easy that you don't have to think about. Meats also can be hard to replace in your diet for the function they have, like its hard to make a sandwich out of a bunch of veggies and feel like its a complete sandwich, so the vegan meat adds flavor and filling that you're missing. But some vegans don't like meat at all and don't want the replacements. Its just a case by case scenario.

It is a personal choiceand that is it, like pescitarian or fruitarian The enviroment doesn't matter since the earth will self modulate again with another ice age. Health? Vegans can be healthy but an omnivore eating insects, honey, gelee royale and whole fish would be the most healthy. Being omnivore actually allows for things such as exogonous dna, ubiquinol, insect ecdysteron, cholesterol, collagen and heme iron which is way way better than regular iron since it turns into more iron and also into two of the most powerful antioxidants which doesn't just make up for the heme oxidation but also make you go net plus. Being omnivore is healthier but we don't know by how much, ingesting animal muscle fibers or animal hormones which don't affect our hormones but may do something else. And morals? We deserve to eradicate the animals if we want to, we won the evolutionary race, we won the planet and everything that is on it.

Personally as a vegan, I only became so due to health issues. Eating substitutions that are plant based yet tasted like the real thing, gave me the confidence to turn it into a lifestyle without depriving myself of the things I love. 7 year vegan here, it depends on what i am looking for. Mostly i get my protein from legumes etc if i am just looking to fullfill my need for nutrition. If i want to enjoy a good bbq i use the meat replacements like impossible burger, beyond meat etc to simulate the experience.

I'm thinking it could be 1) for people that just turned vegetarian/vegan and never disliked the taste of meat but wants to eat plantbased for ethical reasons 2) Vegetarian/vegan people that are planning a meal with meat eaters and wants to eat somewhat similar to them 3) Variation from purely plantbased meals maybe.... our society is very meat eater dominated so i feel like it's natural for companies wanting to be inclusive of vegetarians/vegans without having to invent the wheel again hahaha
