Nice vid. Good footwork, but yes strength is required with a stiff form - relax that arm/wrist man, hurts my elbow just looking at it :)

Anton Vilinskiy thank you, unfortunately I can’t keep my arm more relaxed than that, that frame is too massive for me but a beauty to hit with! Can’t really hit effective 2nd serves with it because it requires a complete set of skills which I don’t own. And yes, strength and speed, but in order to achieve speed with a massive frame and produce power you need to input that power! Not for everyone with those specs, trust me!

Requires physical strength to be used effectively? Don't you mean requires good technique ? Top players don't use strength but use a good technique like a large swing, good swing-speed and right hitting point, nothing to do with physical strength. If you have to use power and strength to play with a higher end racquet, your technique is simply not right. Just look at top juniors, their ball speed is really fast, but they do not have physical power.

alfasud1972 you do have a very valid point, thank you for your message. Definitely good technique is a must but strength it also very important, I mean overall strength and endurance. Top juniors can develop great racquet head speed and generate power that way, which is the right way, but there are not many juniors that use a frame with nearly 360 SW, that is something that only a few top players are able to handle for an extended period of time and to benefit from it. Also there are many different stroke styles and not every style benefits from such a high SW.
