Awesome video! I personally have an H22 16x19 and I have to say it is a very solid and stable frame! I found it to have a lot of weight in the head stock form. Lots of plow but still comfortable even in full luxilon strung at high tension because of flexy throat. Flat first serves are awesome due to the stiff hoop. Sweet and comfortable stick but found it to be sluggish due to the high stock weight in the head. I understand why so many pros use it!

Can someone explain to me why they are so expensive? I've seen some going for more than $1k USED, i mean what the hell? And it's not like some top 10 ATP player used it..

Jonas, could you do an updated h19 racket review next time? Along with your thoughts about how the h19/h22 compare to their closest retail counterparts? Thank you so much my friend.

Will try my best - the comparison of H22/H19 I can do right now of course!

Very informative. Thank you. I was wondering how the flex of this compares to the older Wilson’s like Pro Staff 85, K Factor Tour 90 and the Prince Pro 100p. I bought (and still have stored away) a couple of BLX Blade 93 amplyfeel racquets that I struggled to gel with but I could not put my finger on why exactly. The way these flexed were definitely different to the Wilson and Prince racquets I have played with...

It is very difficult to find the grommet of H22
@bryceblackman97855 жыл бұрын
I decided against buying the H22 because replacement grommets are nearly impossible to find. So if your grommets wear out you will need to buy a new racket.
@Tennisnerd5 жыл бұрын
I understand that point. The H22 is a unique pro stock model so not easy to find grommets.

What Wilson Racquet mold is the h22 based off? I know the H19 is based of the Ultra Tour.

i believe it's based off the i radical mold. while h19 is based off prestige

I play many hrs a day and love the pro tour 280 but the head size a bit small and not much power will this h22 be a good switch, similar feel? More power? Bigger head size?

The weight of your shots towards the end of the video look 'heavy' without taking much effort. Is the H22 good for those trying to work on getting more topspin in their shots?

How does this racket compare to the pure strike 16x19 2014 racket. I love my one hander with the pure strike but I’ve gotten tennis elbow recently so I was thinking of either the h22, blade, or pro staff 97
@Tennisnerd5 жыл бұрын
Tristan Maus It is much more comfortable than the Strike and still very solid. I would choose the H22 out of these frames. If you can’t go for the H22, the Blade is better than the Pro Staff 97. Good luck!

How would you compare it to the Ultra Tour (weighted up)?
@Tennisnerd6 жыл бұрын
Pål Börjesson It feels more solid and will give you a bit more power. The Ultra is closer to the H19 with a bit more flex in the head...

@@Tennisnerd Any chance you can elaborate a little more on this comparison? I love the feel of the CX200 Tour and I'm close to pulling the trigger on it for a "permanent" switch, but it sounds like I should try to get my hands on a H22 first. How would the power levels, control, and feel compare between the two?

I really want to get h22 because Karen and Novak had been using,but it’s expensive 😓 Some people say h22 is close to tc97 in threads in talktennis. What doing you think about that???
@Tennisnerd6 жыл бұрын
I don't think the TC 97 is that close to an H22. It has a more distinct flex, so definitely more towards H19 in my opinion.
@malvec90135 жыл бұрын
tc97 16x19 feels like h22 (flexes at the throat), tc97 18x20 feels like h19 or pt630.
@Tennisnerd5 жыл бұрын
@@malvec9013 Yeah, good point when it comes to the flex, but I think the TC97 is quite a bit stiffer than a H22.
