Also if you stand long enough you become climatized to the cold and it feels better than the warm and you can feel tingles in your body like you are being switched on make sure if you do this be careful to go by the way Wim instructs you. And then i did 2 minutes cold shower for 10 days or so. After that i felt i can do longer so now i don't even time it anymore because after a while you just can do it very easy, while an untrained person will chock up as soon as the cold hits them. it feels refreshing to do cold shower. but it is not winter yet. that will be the true test.

Wow this is so amazing.❤️ I have been praying for an answer for natural healing and I just by chance heard about Wim 🤗yesterday and watched his videos from morning til noon. Wim is inspiration and what a gift to the world. THANK YOU Wim. 🙏🏽 I live in a very hot region so I get cold easily BUT I am definitely going to do this. Not try but definitely slowly get into like you suggested. I started last night already but I think that was for probably 10 seconds and I was dizzy 🥴🥴🤣🤣. Today is cold but 30 seconds here I come 🤪

What I want to know is if you are having a shower, even a cold shower, do you not use soap to clean yourself ? Will that negate the affect ?

I end all my showers fully cold for at least 5 min or more. I’ve tried just all cold and first extremely hot then extremely cold. I find the latter better. The cold hits better for some odd reason. Much love n peace to Wim and everybody watching this vid
