​@@roman-yt2893 Gdańsk, and everything arround - sea, architecture, forests, lakes, world biggest castle etc. North east, lakes, forests, nature. 1 day in Warsaw is enough propably. Cracow, and everything cool around, also aushwitz (worth it, u`ll cry like a baby) Tatra mountains, other mountains - Wim likes south east Prague is nearby, and there is no boarders. U have also beautifull towns like - Wroclaw, Poznan, Toruń, Bydgoszcz, Lublin. and etc. etc. Nature is diverse and beautifull like almost everywhere here, depends how much time u have and what You like to do. I traveled a lot in the world, u`ll be really suprised. There is usualy snow in the mointains till May, temperature up to lets say -10 in winter and + 35 in summer. Cheers!

I just started my journey. I’m 46 years old, lost my father to suicide when I was four. I had many baggages I used to carry around every second of my life. I have been doing the exercises and the cold plunge since January 21, 2023. Since January I only missed 3 days. I never felt better in my life. Observing him I wonder if he is a narcissist or a narcissistic person. They seem super kind, especially during 'love bombing' phase & mirroring. I recommend anyone to learn at least 'Narcissistic Red Flags'. Please look up Prof. Sam Vaknin, HG Tudor (both self aware narcissists, 2nd uses strong language but has brilliant analysis), Dr. Ramani, Dr. Les Carter, Dr Abdul Saad, Prof. Patricia Casey, Fr Dave Nix, SoulGPS, Joanna Kujath, Michelle Lee Nieves, Ross Rosenberg ('The Ugly Truth about Gaslighting'), etc. There's a lot to it, knowing definition is not enough. You may be shocked how many you know already: 5-17% of society (with overrepresentation among politicians, leaders, pastors, teachers, actors, lawyers, doctors) + people with narcissistic traits only (4 x more prevalent among Millennials).

I was blessed to be invited by Wim as a guest at his house a couple of weeks ago after I was an Instructor at the Poland Winter Expedition. It was empty so I had the place to myself and the energy was incredible. I did Wim Hof breathing and meditated in every room. The last time I was there was in December 2017 when I did the Winter Expedition! I love Wim's energy and all he does for the world.

I stayed in the loft room and it has ceiling window. Watching the stars at night was easy and very clean air. I now live in Germany and visit the black forest and love hoffing here.

Thank you Mr. Hoff what you doing sending Love ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I was hiking last year in Poconos Pensylwiania at the end of the winter I run to this guys in shorts and having their towels obvusly coming back from swimming under beautiful falls there. So I started a little conversation with them asking if they do Wim Hoff technics breathing etc. their eyes literally lighten up end all of them get excited we have wonderful conversation about you sir.
