So for the 2 and 12 hit on the first win. You press the entire thing. Hit the second time you continue the strategy. After the first hit. You get a 2 or 12. You just continue the strategy.

I was really intrigued by this strategy Mr. Crowley, thanks for posting it to C.U.'s channel. I was thinking about Buying the 10, Place Betting the 5, 6, & 8. I have seen a few streaks of all fields that would have gotten you from $10 to the table limit of $500 if you had kept pressing. So I know there was a few 12's but even going on just 1:1payouts it's 10-20-40-80-160-320-640 so 6 fields in a row from $10 will get you up to max bet with $140 safely in pocket with no 2's or 12's

@renshawjoshua5 жыл бұрын
Why would you back down on dice setters? The entire premise of what we are doing is 7-avoidance and that is 6 of the 20 ways you lose the field bet. It depends on what kind of shot the dice setter is shooting. Brooklyn forest you are correct as they are trying to hit 6/8... but if you see somebody throwing from the 2V or 6/5 4/4 they would help you with the field (and they are likely betting it also)

In my opinion tell the dealers u r new to the game and most good dealers will look out for you. The way I tip is one dollar on the pass line on top of my five dollar pass. When it hits take the one white chip winner and double knock in on the table top (the same way the boxman will double knock it on the tip box to signal the camera that it is a tip.) and then pass in to the seated boxman. Leaving the original dollar on the pass line to win agine. The advantage to this is the dealers know that u r tipping them early and pay u extra attention. In stead of waiting to the end.
@jimklemens50183 жыл бұрын
I typically tip the dealers $5 every time they change positions in the table, about every 20 minutes. I also tip about 10 to 15% of my wins or losses. Also, make sure to tip your cocktail waitress at least $2 per drink. Last night in Reno, a guy next to me asked for a triple Hennessey and tipped $25. The drink was in his hand in 2 minutes.

I'm a little confused by your explanation around the 2 minute mark. From the description, you press the first bet and then increase with $5 each following win. However, as you are explaining, you win a $15 bet and then press it. This just seems different from what the description was. Possibly just a mistake as you were explaining it. I'd have to watch the whole video again to see if this came up in the live roll.
@ColorUp2 жыл бұрын
Double very first hit, then increase by $5 each additional. In explanation, started with $10, hit so double to $20. Now if $20 bet wins, you make bet $15. This collects your original bet back and profit. From then on each hit you just increase $5 while pulling back more profit. The key is to win that first doubled amount to get your original investment back.

I was taught a simple system by a older man who I worked with when he played for big $ he was comped and was flown down to AC what the casinos finally found out though even though he played for big bucks he either lost a little or won a little more here it is - I start by placing the 6-8 & either the 5 or 9 after the come out roll with this placement my chances of hitting are in my favor before a 7 comes out when I hit the first # I take down the #5 and now I have the 6&8 covered with only a small loss possible if the 7 hits next if the 6or 8 hits I press it once after I have won a few presses I take it down and start over all though I was taught you could also then gamble on buying the 4or 10 but I do not do that. I pull my winnings and leave or start over the only way you can lose is if a lot of 7,s hit -but again the odds are in your favor in the long run PS I rarely play this as craps bore me I enjoy playing hi stakes no limit poker

Bet the pass and don't pass line on the come out and then the house has no advantage and you can lay odds on each number rolled before a 7 or the point comes out. For example, shooter comes out with a 5, you lose your pass bet but your don't pass bet wins. Now the shooter either has to make the point [5] or roll a 7 to end the roll. The odds of rolling a 5 on the second roll is 11% and rolling a 7 is 16% which means the shooter will probably not roll either thus giving you another chance to lay odd on. On the third roll the chances of rolling a 5 are 30% whereas the chances of rolling a 7 is 43%. So it is possible another number will be rolled so you can lay odds. On the 4th roll the chances of rolling a 7 is 52%. It is just math.

When $5 tables were the norm, I used to do nothing but, Martingale the field and made a fortune doing it. One session, that lasted two days, with me at the table, always starting with $5, I won $14,000, plus. I bought in for $400 and walked away with $14,400 AFTER my wife kept coming up every so often, during the two days and stealing several black chips each time and, tipping $1,400 to the dealers and a $750 tip to a shooter who rolled a twelve, when I had $2,500, (table max) on the field!

I prefer to collect FIRST and then on the 2nd win, press, and then continue with the atrategy, but instead of adding $5 to chase, I would Martingale it up to $160, and just stay at that amount until ot wins, then continue with my reviaed strategy of collecting FIRST rhen pressing.

Beginner here, never really been to a casino before. Still learning how craps works. A little confused. You say anytime you lose, you're supposed to back down to the minimum bet, but in the video, I saw you do 15 or 20 after a loss a couple times. Is the first win/press bet considered part of the losing streak?
@jordycagle23735 жыл бұрын
Also, where does the pass/don't pass line come into play?
@ColorUp5 жыл бұрын
Im not sure about the specific question you are referring to in this video, but it may be helpful if you go through my "how to play / beginner" series, I believe there are 12 videos, it will be very helpful i think.
@ColorUp5 жыл бұрын
The pass/don't is a bet that is required bet if you want to roll the dice. If someone else is rolling the dice, it is not required and is an option for you as a bettor.

@@ColorUp Thanks for the clarification. I've been watching the beginner series as well as a few strategy videos, and it has helped a lot. I plan to make my first ever trip to a casino soon and craps was pretty much the only casino game I didn't know how to play. I'm likely only going to bring 100 bucks with me, because I dont think I'll be able to bring much else, so I think I'm going to try the DP/DC with place bet protection strategy I saw in one of your vids. Wish me luck lol and thank you so much for the videos man, keep it up.

I tried this strategy yesterday and won $554 over 5 sessions. I would take $100 over to the table and leave as soon as I went +$100 then come back with a fresh $100 and try again. Worked five times in a row. Love the strategy

I have a book about Blackjack that describes a very similar betting structure. Combined with Hi/low system of card counting its a good strategy for double deck BJ. the betting structure is trying to take advantage of predicting a win or loss. Starting- After a loss increase bet 1/3 expecting a win. Another loss...reduce bet 2/3 unitil your at minimum or a win, because your in a losing streak. Starting-After a win reduce 1/3 expecting a loss. Another win ...increase 2/3 if u lose start over But if you win again your in a win streak increase 1/3 then 2/3 then 1/3 and so on until a loss. Can this structure be used for the field bet in Craps? Now a hypothesis is surely there but i would not call this a working Theory just yet.
@MrJamespcastle4 жыл бұрын
This only works with an unlimited bank roll! This is the clasic "chasing the loss" strategy. You could do the same with roulette red/black. Just double your bet until you recoup the previous losses. Dangerous and possibly disastrous if you reach the lint in the bottom of your pockets. Or just bet the same roulette number 37 times, doubling each time. Eventually you hit and go back to 0. But sometimes luck just keeps going bad until the pockets are empty. Why would you do this as compared to Iron cross, or just 6 and 8 placement. I prefer to play the do t come with odds and 6 and 8.

Not a super huge fan of progressions, but if this floats your boat, do it and have fun! Obligatory house edge comment: How to walk away with $100 at the end of a field bet session? Start with $300. 😝
@kenhyatt36735 жыл бұрын
The opposite of progressions is flat betting. Is this how you win at craps? Just ask'n.
@tyronepowers765 жыл бұрын
Ken Hyatt flat betting isnt the way either. Craps is negative EV all bets, less the true odds backing bet, have a house favorable edge. Unless you can shift the odds in your favor via dice influence (debates rage on whether dice control/influence is possible) then you will lose with a long enough session. If you play once and luck makes you a winner and you never play again, then you can win at craps, otherwise on the grand timeline, you will come out behind...but that is the price of entertainment!
@kenhyatt36735 жыл бұрын
@@tyronepowers76 Assuming you can influence the dice, what is the rest of your strategy? Wagers: where, when, neg/pos progression. loss limit, win goal etc.
@tyronepowers765 жыл бұрын
Ken Hyatt i enjoy playing pass line with odds and come bet with odds. I usually max with three bets like that. I will also play the ATS or Fire bet some times I’ll also play pass with odds or DC and place the 6 and 8 That is what I enjoy playing. I never expect to win though.
@tyronepowers765 жыл бұрын
Ken Hyatt regarding dice influence, you should check out the wizard of odds story on this topic. It is a very interesting read on the probability around how you would need to influence the dice to turn the house edge to your favor.
